WANT TO HOST A PARTY?

HOW MANY PEOPLE?
I ask for a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 20 people unless we have discussed prior to booking.
WHERE DO I HAVE MY PARTY?
It is up to the host to find the location of the party. It can be your home, garage, church or a local business. Whatever suits your needs. If you are wanting to use a business it is up to you to make that contact and secure that location.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
The location, tables and chairs are your responsibility. I will bring all paint party supplies needed. The signs average about 22" across. Each person will need at least a 2' by 2' space to work in. On a 6' table I can seat 2 people. On a 8' table I can seat 3 people. Some people choose to stand while painting.
I have 1-6' table and 1-8' table I will rent out for $10 each if needed.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Price is per person. Each adult spot is $45 for a 22" sign and a child spot is $35 for a 12" sign. There is a deposit of $45 to hold your party date and will go towards your paint spot.
WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK?
I recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Sign choices and deposits are due no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date as each sign is cut to order. The closer to the end of the year (holiday season Oct-Dec) the need by date for choices and deposits extends to about 5-6 weeks prior to your party date.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to dogwooddesignsandco19@gmail.com at least 30 days before the event. If notice is not given 30 days prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained by Dogwood Designs & Co. If an attendee cannot make the party, they can pick up their sign as a DIY kit or can sign up for a future paint party.
